As an AI Application Developer, you will design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance public sector services.   • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including front-end, back-end, and database components, with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins, covering code builds, unit and integration testing, artefact management, security scanning, and automated deployments across environments
  • Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate AI and Generative AI models (e.g., Retrieval-Augmented Generation, LLMs) into production applications
  • Diagnose and resolve production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability
  • Participate in agile ceremonies, provide accurate effort estimates, and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Document system architecture, APIs, deployment processes, and test plans to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure audit readiness
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute best practices to the team
Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development:
  • Front-end: JavaScript/TypeScript with React, Angular, or Next.js
  • Back-end: Node.js
  • Database: PostgreSQL
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins, including automated testing, container builds, and environment promotion
  • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible Playbook
  • Familiarity with QA processes and tools:
  • Test frameworks: Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Test management tools: TestRail, Zephyr, or similar
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration using Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or LangChain, and experience integrating models into microservices is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional agile teams
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
