  • 為同事提供軟件及硬件技術支援服務 (包括打印機、遠端連線支援國內同事)
  • 定期維護公司官方網站，確保網站的穩定性
  • 官方網站商店的貨品更新 (上架、下架及更新貨品數量)
  • 必要時，需要使用 WordPress 製作電子資源網頁
要求:
  • 基礎課程文憑(資訊科技) (如持有與IT相關的高級文憑/學士證書更佳)
  • 2年或以上IT支援及網站管理相關工作經驗
  • 對 WordPress 具有一定的認識程度，如熟習WordPress操作更佳
  • 基本的 PHP 及 Linux 知識
  • 熟識使用 Microsoft Office (Word、Excel及Powerpoint)
  • 良好的溝通技巧，具備團隊合作的精神
  • 對遠端連線軟件具備一定認知 (如 AnyDesk、VC)
  • 對 aaPanel 具備一定的認識更佳

  • Provide software and hardware technical support to colleagues, including printer assistance and remote support for domestic staff
  • Regularly maintain the company’s official website to ensure its stability
  • Update products in the official website store (including adding, removing, and adjusting inventory levels)
  • Create electronic resource pages using WordPress when necessary
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Foundation Studies (Information Technology) (a higher diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years relevant service support experience in IT industry
  • Familiarity with WordPress; proficiency in using WordPress is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of PHP and Linux
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented spirit
  • Basic understanding of remote connection software (e.g., AnyDesk, VC)
  • Familiarity with aaPanel is a plus
