- Senior developer role to lead a group of junior developers to build a component of a new generation of transaction systems. This role also requires providing guidance to the offshore team in SZ.
- Develop a component in the new transaction system and ensure the quality of the deliverables
- Provide guidance and lead the junior and offshore developers to build the system
- Computer Science graduates
- 5+ years of hands on development experience
- 5+ years of experience on MS or Linux platform
- Experience in working in large team
- Java/C#/C++
- SQL server is preferred
- 5+ years of hands on development experience (real-time system is preferred)
- Detail oriented, demonstrated the ability to analyze and elaborate on requirements, and align with the perspective of both business and product sustainability
- Able to maintain strong working relationships with prospects
- The ability to adapt to a changing and fast-paced environment
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and result oriented
