Our client is a leading multinational carrier in Hong Kong, we are seeking a talented individual to join them as an Internal Audit Manager to work closely with the growing team.Responsibilities:

Responsible for assigned internal audit/internal control project with in the designated audit profolio
Perform compliance duties to monitor business operations in compliance with internal policies and controls
Execute risk control measures business operation
Prepare reports and analyses for providing sound financial and business recommendations to support business decisions
Responsible for internal audit projects and initiatives to achieve the company's KPIs and strategic plan
Enhance audit proficiencies, and continually improve audit workflows and practices
Assist in business planning and budgeting

Requirements:

Qualified Accountant with Degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in internal audit roles or related positions in a medium to large sized organization
Big4 or 2nd tier Audit experience is a plus
Experience in risk assessment, internal control, operational audit function is an advantage
Excellent inter-personal skills, and effective communication abilities in both English and Chinese
Good computer literacy in using Excel, Access, Powerpoint and Word
