Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the AIDS Institute of the Department of Microbiology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 525992), to commence as soon as possible for one to two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with a strong background in Oncology, Immunology or related fields, and a good publication track record. Experience in multi-color flow cytometric analysis; cell-based immune assays; animal work; and laboratory-based translational research in cancer biology, immunology or related areas will be an advantage. The appointee will work on research projects related to cancer immunology and immunotherapy, with a focus on investigating T-cell-mediated mechanisms of tumor response and resistance to immune-based therapies.A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.The University only accepts online application for the above post.
