- Achieve growth in business and agency force against business plan;
- Ensure the sales force maintains the high standard of professional ethics;
- Implement the Company’s business development strategy in non-HK regions, seize business opportunities and explore new customer segments to achieve the Company’s strategic business objectives;
- Collaborate and support Agency Business Partners to perform sales-driven business activities;
- Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders to deliver effective agency growth plan;
- Develop programs to provide capability improvement training for agency force in close collaboration with Business Training Team;
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
- University degree in any discipline with minimum of 10 years' experience in insurance and/or financial services industry; agency channel knowledge is highly preferred;
- Good analytical skills and attentive to details;
- Good problem solving and time management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
- Strong business acumen;
- Solid experience in agency recruitment and management of life insurance;
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken);
