
Receptionist - Asset Management

- Deliver full support for front desk operations.
- Greet and register clients and guests, coordinate with building security, and offer refreshments.
- Oversee meeting room bookings, assist with video conferencing setups, and manage workspace reservations for visitors.
- Handle and direct incoming phone calls.
- Perform general office tasks such as restocking pantry supplies, maintaining coffee machines, and setting up/cleaning meeting rooms.
- Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are always tidy and presentable.
- Uphold office security by following safety protocols and managing access.
- Support mailroom operations.
- Assist the Office Manager and administrative team with special assignments.
- Provide additional administrative help to the Office Manager as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in office or guest services, preferably in financial services.
- Proficient in English (reading/writing), Cantonese (reading/writing), and conversational Mandarin.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with employees and guests at all levels while maintaining discretion.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a willingness to exceed expectations.
