- Provide in-house technical support to company and end-users
- Ensure data integrity, systems security & compliance with IT policies
- Support knowledge sharing- ensure technical documentation is up to date
- Support infrastructure deployment efforts; improve infrastructure solutions via automation tools
- Assists develop & maintain technical documentation, guidelines & procedures
- Higher Diploma holder or above in computer related disciplines
- Min. 10 years' working experience as an IT system support or related
- Resourceful self-starter with a good sense of ownership & attention to detail
- Good teamwork skills
- Good verbal & written English, Cantonese & Standard Chinese
- MCSE/MCP/MCITP and CCNA certifications (Essential)
- Experience with Servers (Windows AD/DNS/DHCP), VMware and internetworking (switch and Access Point)
- Working knowledge Enterprise remote computing tools, Data Storage, Backup, Software Patch Management, and IT Security
- Shift duty is required
