  • Assist the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of public housing estates
  • Respond to tenant enquiries and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Working Locations: Tsz Wan Shan / Cheung Sha Wan
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Property / Facility Management or equivalent
  • Holder of PMP License (Tier 1) is preferred
  • At least 5 years or above relevant experience in property management of which 2 years should be at managerial level, especially in Public Housing Estates
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
