Analyst (Inventory control)

• Inventory control
• Knowledge of financial accounting is a plus
• Multinational & flexible working environments

• Reconcile inventory purchase accounts
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, audits, and adjustments to maintain accurate inventory records
• Perform shrinkage adjustments for annual stock counts
• Monitor inventory movement, usage, and performance across different regions and store locations
• Oversee warehouse and store-level stock-taking process with third-party vendors
• Liaison between Inventory Control, Distribution, Planning, Buying, Store Operations, and Stores to coordinate inventory-related projects and resolve issues
• Other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned by management

• Degree or diploma in accounting/finance/supply chain /logistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in inventory management, preferably in a multinational company
• Knowledge of accounting and financial operations is highly desirable
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail
