- Analyse user requirements and design, implementation and testing of system enhancements for CMMP account management system which integrated with CMMP sub-systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange servers, email applications, etc.
- Work with contractors for the implementation of various system enhancements and support of the systems
- Coordinate testing and user support of various system components of the CMMP
- Coordinate with B/Ds and other related parties for smooth rollout and operation of the CMMP
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic
- Essential to work outside office hours for system deployment and provide on-call production supportYrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0

Requirements - Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in system implementation, maintenance, and support
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementation of application using .Net and JAVA programming language
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in database programming (e.g. SQLServer)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in support of large scale Email System and Microsoft Outlook plugins
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in PKI
- Experience in managing contractor works
- Good communication skills and business analysis technique with clients, and solid experience in application rollout and maintenance support
- Good command in spoken and written English is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 4 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA);
. At least 4 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE);
. At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
