Administer the textual and spatial content of route information database, destination signs, bus stop announcements and geofence definitions on digital map
Collect voice of customers and investigate complaints related to smart mobility and on-bus digital products
Facilitate vendors to complete the development of the smart mobility and on-bus digital products
Perform test & commissioning and assist rollout of the smart mobility and on-bus digital products

Skills and attributes:

Degree holder in Information & Technology, Transportation, Business or related disciplines
Good understanding in Hong Kong public transport
Familiarity with bus routes, roads and places in Hong Kong is preferred
Attentive to details and well-organized
Strong sense of responsibility, high adaptability and flexibility to agile timeline
Good problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in using geographic information system products would be an advantage
Filming, photo taking and multimedia editing skills would be an advantage
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Fresh graduates are welcome
