- obtain “Level 2” / "Grade E" or above in 5 subjects in HKDSEE/HKCEE including Mathematics, Chinese and English (Syl. B) or equivalent
- Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese, include Cantonese and Putonghua;
- At least 2 yeaars of full-time working experiences with at least 1 year customer service experience preferably in Call Centre
- Being skilfull in word processing and operation of computer software
- Experiences in government/ public sectors preferred
- Able to work systematically with care, diligence, patience and eagerness to learn.
- assist in maintaining the hotline service for handling public and complaint cases
- record log in respect of enquiry calls
- provide counter services
- provide logister support in seminars briefings
- provide clerical duties (including word processing, data entry, issue of letters etc.)
- perform any other duties as required by the Supervisor
- may be required to work irregular hours having regard to the operational needs and
- may be required to undertake outdoor/ overtime duties.
