An opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid level C&B specialist to join the regional team based in Hong Kong.Job DescriptionReporting to the Senior C&B Manager, you will be a key part of the total rewards division where you will work closely with the local C&B or HR counterparts across Asia on annual review, market benchmark, performance management, off cycle retention package, incentive schemes , compensation survey and ensure that everything complies to the local regulatory standards. You will review the current processes and propose areas for digitisation, simplification, automation ...etc and motivate the countries to best utilize the HRIS (Success Factors), and drive best practice sharing across regional countries. You will assist the Senior Manager with C&B policy alignment and projects around job grading/re-titling as well overseeing the C&B operations for the Hong Kong regional office.The Successful ApplicantDegree qualified, you will have a minimum of 8 years of C&B specialist experience from sizable multinational companies with a regional focus. We are looking for 2 candidates, one at an C&B Analyst level preferably with 3-5 years of consultancy experience , and a AM/Manager level with regional C&B experience. Solid data analysis, HRIS revamp, and solid Excel skills will be essential. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English & Mandarin is required.
