The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.The Job
  • Analyze and document business requirements related to operations processes and systems , with a focus on regulatory and compliance aspects e.g. AML, FATCA, CRS
  • Collaborate with different operations teams and Compliance to design and implement effective controls and monitoring systems
  • Review and comment system design and functional specification
  • Lead, design, and conduct user acceptance testing to ensure quality outputs
  • Conduct post implementation health check and regular quality assurance (QA) program
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize operational disruptions and maintain system integrity
The Person
  • Bachelor's degree in computer, information technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-6 years' experience as a business analyst in banking or life insurance, preferably with practical AML system configuration and development expertise
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and industry best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven expertise in user requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis and test design
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Able to collaborate with different departments
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to work under pressure
