- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.
- Generate leads and actively pursue new business prospects through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and clear expectations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service-level agreements with clients.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and market trends, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams, contributing to product development and business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the construction , building, surveying, property management industry is preferred.
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Business Development Manager.
- Solid experience on international distributorship is an advantage
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, sales success, and client acquisition.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
