As a key member of our Hong Kong Sales Team, you’ll be the engine behind our sales operations—ensuring everything runs smoothly from quote to renewal. You’ll be the go-to person for managing enquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting our brokers and customers with precision and care.What you’ll do:
- Supporting the Sales Team with quotes, pre-sales forms, and customer enquiries
- Assisting the Retention Team with renewals and data preparation
- Preparing weekly sales reports and coordinating team meetings/events
- Maintaining organised records and filing systems
- Contributing to ad hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Staying sharp with sales training and competitor insights
- Handling complaints professionally and escalating when needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and great at managing time
- Confident working with people at all levels
- Ideally, some experience in healthcare or insurance
- A global mindset—understanding cultural nuances and time zones
- Tech-savvy with solid skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
