- Implement new financial products for both life and non-life insurance market in Hong Kong and/or Greater China
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to build the most suitable and effective distribution channels including broker, direct and alternative channels
- Build new B2B and B2B2C partnerships, develop and maximize business submission of existing producers based on a more balanced portfolio mix of products in order to boost production generation
- Assist to design and implement initiatives including but not limited to marketing guidelines, reviewing commission structure, building new channels, and contributing in product development
- Minimum 3 years of exposure and successful record in an insurance sales position
- Holder of IA/MPF/SFC licenses, Certified Financial Planner, or other relevant qualification is an advantage
- Extensive wealth management knowledge and personal exposure in Greater China regions will definitely be a plus
- Experience in a strategic and financial planning position, with structured approach towards revenue generation
- Strong interpersonal, management and teamwork capabilities
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
