Responsibilities:

Implement new financial products for both life and non-life insurance market in Hong Kong and/or Greater China
Assist with the development and implementation of strategies to build the most suitable and effective distribution channels including broker, direct and alternative channels
Build new B2B and B2B2C partnerships, develop and maximize business submission of existing producers based on a more balanced portfolio mix of products in order to boost production generation
Assist to design and implement initiatives including but not limited to marketing guidelines, reviewing commission structure, building new channels, and contributing in product development

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of exposure and successful record in an insurance sales position
Holder of IA/MPF/SFC licenses, Certified Financial Planner, or other relevant qualification is an advantage
Extensive wealth management knowledge and personal exposure in Greater China regions will definitely be a plus
Experience in a strategic and financial planning position, with structured approach towards revenue generation
Strong interpersonal, management and teamwork capabilities
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
