Senior Research Assistant in the Department of Clinical Oncology, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.: 525812) (to commence as soon as possible on a 1-year temporary basis or 2-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability).Applicants to the Senior Research Assistant post should possess a Ph.D. degree / a Master's degree with at least 1 year's experience / a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' experience in statistics, biostatistics or related disciplines. Experience and/or interest in clinical research and project coordination would be preferred. Applicants should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, strong leadership and management skills, and good coordination, communication and interpersonal skills. They should be responsible, mature, attentive to details, and able to work independently and in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.The appointee will work on research projects related to cancer care and medical sciences, assist in conducting literature review, data management and analysis, project coordination and preparation of research reports, and perform other duties as assigned.A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered. The appointment on fixed terms will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary.
