Data Analyst - Banking up to 22k

- Handle business MIS requests and support campaign activities across departments
- Gather stakeholder requirements and develop functional design documentation
- Maintain analytics data models and manage data assets
- Extract, compile, and validate data from multiple sources
- Monitor MIS processes to ensure compliance with standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve data/reporting issues
- Optimize MIS processes for improved efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and administrative tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, IT, Business, or related field
- Ideally with 1 year working experience in data
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of Python/SAS/Tableau (preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
