Role Summary
  • Lead daily trading operations and manage sales, admin, and shipping teams.
  • Ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and strong customer relationships.
  • Support the MD in overseeing a stable and growing business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales, sales admin & shipping teams
  • Oversee daily operations & ensure smooth workflow
  • Ensure professional service to overseas customers
  • Supervise order processing & trading operations
  • Monitor shipping documents & delivery timelines
  • Build relationships with key international customers
  • Attend trade shows in HK, China & overseas
  • Report to MD & assist in managing 20–25 staff
Ideal Candidate
  • Degree holder
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • 3+ years in managerial role at export trading firms (SMEs preferred)
  • Experienced in China sourcing & global export markets
  • Strong knowledge of L/Cs, shipping & banking documents
  • Proven leadership & team management skills
  • Customer-focused & relationship-driven
