- Handling pure catering event logistic follow through from enquires, contract signing and the end of the event
- Responsible for all group and MICE booking logistics
- Handling MICE Group independently.
- Maintain market share of Corporate business and close relationship with potential clients
- Proactive sales activities to formulate sales strategies to achieve the set goal / budget
- To keep a close watch of all costing, expenses and monitors departmental profitability
- Work with concern departments to co-ordinating guest requirement
- Work with room sales for the support on the group catering leads as pertained
- Greeting organiser and introduce function host to her/him and ensure the set up meet the requirement from organiser
- Establish contact with local and overseas corporations and solicits business opportunities
- Monitor direct reports performance
- Responsible for revenue production from allocated accounts and goal
- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the division head from time to time
- 3-5 years of work experience in Catering/ Event Sales, preferably in luxury hotel
- Degree holder in hotel management or other related disciplines
- Experience in managing outside catering and preferably in luxury segment
- Good administration and organization skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Delphi system is an advantage, and proficiency in computer literacy
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Catering Sales Manager
