- Reviewing community member's published posts and comments
- Responding to general banking experience comments, answer to non-technical customer inquiries without requiring extensive banking knowledge
- Referring members to contact for account-related and specific banking services
- Creating a monthly dashboard and newsletter to engage Community members activities
- Proposing engagement activities to maintain the momentum among the Community members
- Bachelor's Degree holder of Business/ Communication or relevant disciplines
- Candidate with working experience in copy writing, managing online investment platform is highly preferred
- Strong writing, sense of responsibility and good problem- solving skills
- Strong customer-focus and open-minded attitude
- Excellent writing skills in Chinese and good command in English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS office skills
- 15 days of AL
- Requirement to work during the weekend (According to business needs, compensation will be provided)
