- Participate in pitch meetings, gather project information, and lead due diligence teams.
- Oversee the legal process, including drafting and reviewing relevant legal documents.
- Establish regular project review mechanisms and provide reports to the MD.
- Monitor project milestones and manage related matters.
- Collaborate with the MD to conduct property searches and due diligence.
- Analyze potential properties, considering potential, regulations, and requirements.
- Manage the acquisition process and ensure all documents are in order.
- Supervise property management teams or agents and coordinate property development activities.
- Liaise with private banks worldwide to design investment strategies.
- Review investment proposals and monitor portfolio performance.
- Participate in pitch meetings and partner meetings
- Provide guidance on matters related to business owner's personal wealth, shareholder(s)' family wealth.
- Undertake other tasks or projects assigned by the MD.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in investment management, with a track record of evaluating global investment projects and successfully managing international properties. Primary market focus. Candidates from Chinese firm/ small family office background are preferred
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
