Lead and implement digital strategies for Greater China beauty market to build brand awareness and drive business growtho Revamp our company website and monitor the performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvement.o Build end-to-end acquisition-conversion-retention systems on digital channels (e.g. Company website / Douyin / RED / WeChat)2. Tech-driven marketing optimization:o Analyze user behavior through SPSS/Google Analytics and dynamically optimize advertising, to increase sales / customerso Shop suitable AI tools to predict beauty products trend and provide stock level reports.o Upgrade the current appointment scheduling system by having automate bookings and reminders system.3. Source upstream manufacturers of skin care material and provide integration / corporation solutions for better cost and quality control.IT Systems Optimization Module4. Integrate & upgrade current beauty operation systems:· Reengineer our CRM (booking/member/inventory systems) bridging WeChat ecosystem with HK IT infrastructure· Develop digital service tools (e.g. e-manuals/AI skin diagnosis/treatment effect simulators and etc.)5. Data platform development:o Build unified analytics platform integrating POS, online behavior & CRM datao Deliver real-time dashboards for stores (footfall prediction/service conversion/churn alerts)6. Drive continuous improvements in infrastructure design, configuration management, operations automation, and cost optimizationRequirements· University degree holder, preferrable in IT or automation or AI disciplines.· 5+ years working experience in beauty industry· Proven track record of E-commerce system development / Store digitalization / KOL livestreaming tech platform· Knowledge of Marketing Systems: Google Analytics/SPSS/Douyin/WeChat SCRM· Experience in handling data architecture and strong integration skills of: API connectivity (POS-ERP integration experience required)· Cross-boarding experience: adapted Mainland digital solutions for HK market (e.g. WeChat-Instagram synergy) will be an advantages· Understand regulatory differences of HK and China.Job Type: Full-timePay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthSchedule:
