- Develop innovative designs for the User Experience and User Interface of a future Fintech platform.
- Create diverse web and app designs for an international user base.
- Lead the research, planning, and design of user interfaces for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Collaborate closely with product owners to understand design requirements, user journeys, and interactions.
- Generate cutting-edge digital experiences, including the development of product concepts.
- Hold a Higher Diploma or higher in Digital Product/Interaction/Multimedia Design or a related field.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Design intuitive, valuable, and high-quality concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs throughout the entire customer journey.
- Demonstrate expertise in interactive User-Centered Research and Design processes.
- Have experience in interaction design for web and mobile products.
- Exhibit a keen eye for composition, space, and color management, with a strong appreciation for clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Proficiently use graphic and photo imaging software as well as web design tools such as Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, etc.
- Possess a creative, well-organized, detail-oriented, independent, self-motivated, hardworking, and proactive personality.
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and ActionScript is considered advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with senior stakeholders and product owners.
