- Responsible for the event logistics from sales till the completion of the event
- Responsible for providing latest market intelligence and competitor activities
- Promote varieties of functions in the hotel to achieve or exceed budgeted revenue
- Conduct sales calls, entertainment and attending social events as requested by the Company
- Recognize the needs for new and modified function / event approaches
- Achieve monthly and annual assigned sales target
- Holder of Advance Diploma or above in Hospitality, Event Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of Catering and Event sales experience in hospitality industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good sense of market trend and strong negotiation skills
- Proactive, innovative, mature and goal oriented
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- 5-day work week, daily 8.5 working hours plus meal break
