Merchandising Officer (2-year contract, Up to 21k.)

• Assist in the execution of government-funded projects related to branding enhancement, business upgrading, and other specified activities.
• Assist in financial monitoring and reporting, including budget tracking, expense verification, and preparation of financial reports.
• Handle reimbursement tasks associated with government-funded projects, including preparing reimbursement claims, verifying supporting documents, and ensuring compliance with reimbursement guidelines.
• Handle administrative tasks, respond to hotline inquiries, prepare data analysis and statistical reports, and support marketing activities and new projects as assigned.
• Assist in maintaining the database and compiling reports.

• Experience in accounting, trading, shipping, merchandising or procurement / supporting Government funded projects preferred
• Higher Diploma/University graduate or equivalent
• At least 1 year's work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive with positive working attitude
