  • 持照顧員訓練課程證書，具一年或以上相關工作經驗優先；刻苦耐勞，對長者工作有興趣；
  • 為住院體弱長者提供個人護理服務，協助推行個人護理計劃；
  • 入職薪酬面議，另設夜班津貼及季度酬金；
  • 每週平均工作 45 小時，須輪班值夜；將軍澳區護理安老院工作。
恆常員工可享有薪年假、婚假、全薪分娩假、全薪侍產假、全薪病假、體恤假、家事假、住院及門診保險、人身意外保險、員工醫療服務優惠、隔年免費體檢、僱主強積金供款按年資最高可遞增至10%、在職培訓等。本會會按需要要求準僱員進行性罪行定罪紀錄查核。
