As a member of the Leadership team, the position sets the strategy for and leads operational excellence across shared services and the Hong Kong portfolio of Hotels.. You should consider yourself as a hands-on leader, humble in approach and hold enough experience to be strategic whilst also supporting the operation at hand.Sounds Good? As importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter” with lots of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We also don’t mind if you are ambitious, enthusiastic, creative, innovative, engaging, hard working, or unconventional.The gig:We are currently looking for candidates to join us for internships in our head office. The internship focus will be based on your area of study.
- Assist Accounting team in handling day to day accounting tasks, e.g. data entry, payment preparation for approval, filing, etc.
- Input online and cheque payments and check with supporting documents as required
- Any other departmental administrative duties and ad hoc assignments
- Diploma or Degree holder of Accounting is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Excel application
- Initiative, independent, systematic and able to meet tight deadlines
- Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, hood organizational skills and attentions to details
- Good in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediately available is preferred
