Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the system
- Evaluate implementation options
- Perform system testing and integration
- Produce documentation
- Support user in conducting UAT
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience including at least 3 years of experience in design and implementation of web-based application development projects using responsive web design
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience in managing IT projects related to operations, administration, and management of Hong Kong Disciplined Services
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects under GCIS / EGIS, using Linux Operating System and Linux compatible database system
- Good web-based application development skills
- Experience in Python, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiar with Linux Operating System
- Experience in e-Government Infrastructure Services (EGIS) / Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)
- Familiar with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology
- Experience in assessing the organizational and human impacts of planned systems, ensuring the emerging technical requirements are properly integrated with existing business and operational processes and skill sets
- Strong English technical writing skills
- Strong sense of analytical and problem solving skills
- Knowledge and solid experience in system design and business analysis
