- Provide managerial assistance to Head of Engineering for daily operations;
- Project management including budget preparation, scheduling, monitoring and control, and documentation;
- Co-ordinations between different departments and stakeholders;
- Provide engineering support for the design, enhancement and modification of television broadcast facilities including production, post-production, transmission and satellite reception;
- Evaluate and integrate new equipment/applications into the existing systems;
- Develop systems diagnostics tools and workflow enhancement interfaces.
- Degree holder in Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology or Computer Science, or equivalent;
- At least 10 years' experience in handling broadcast engineering projects or computer programming in the TV broadcasting/multimedia environment; with at least 2 years in supervision level；
- Sound knowledge of digital broadcast systems technologies;
- Experience in broadcast systems design and project management; OR
- Experience in broadcast IP infrastructure, remote IP production and cloud production;OR
- Experience in software and hardware development for broadcast project;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project;
- Self-motivated with strong analytical and documentation skills;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Putonghua is a MUST.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Systems Engineer
