- Perform monthly payroll reconciliation and related cost allocation, monthly tax filing of PRC seconded staff, annual tax filing and other C&B assignments
- Perform and analyze market research on the latest compensation and benefit benchmarking
- Monitor staff movements to regulatory authorization and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
- Perform checker role in daily C&B operations including staff accounts administration
- Involve in HRIS system development, enhancement and problem correction and perform system test and requirement setting
- Prepare / check various management reports for analysis and reporting
- Review and develop HR's Policies / Guidelines and SOPs
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
- University graduate or above
- 5 years or above solid experience
- Good organization skills; strong numerical sense and well-versed in employment related ordinances
- Strong analytical ability and a team player
- Familiar with using MRC
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge
- Immediate available is an advantage
