Job Summary: Join our Corporate Finance and Strategy team as a Research Analyst! This role offers motivated, analytical junior professionals with hands-on experience in business research, strategic analysis, and corporate finance, including M&A and fundraising. You will collaborate with senior team members to deliver research and analysis that supports critical business decisions.Key Responsibilities

Conduct business research and analyze financial data, markets, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data, market trends, and business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Support corporate finance activities, including M&A, fundraising, due diligence, and financial modeling.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage multiple projects to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

1-3 years of working experience with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other analytical tools (Python, VBA, Power BI, etc).
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, detail-oriented with a strong numerical mindset.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, proactively takes the initiative for assigned tasks.
Proficiency in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese. (written and verbal).
