  • Manage and oversee the verification of entry proofs, pending follow-ups, document verification, and payment processes.
  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints with professional effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement traffic control measures at the center to maintain smooth operations and workflow.
  • Provide correspondent advice and/or approvals to customers regarding their cases or policy matters, adhering to relevant guidelines.
  • Ensure team members receive comprehensive training and coaching to enhance their performance and competencies.
  • Regularly collect feedback from customers and update service manuals as necessary.
  • Conduct evaluation over resources and manpower to utilize resources.
  • Conduct reports with high efficiency and accuracy to identify room for improvement
  • Make useful recommendations and action plans from data or findings gathered.
  • Relationship building and management among internal and external stakeholders to secure a balance of interest of all parties involved.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with supervisory/managerial duties.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in life insurance is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent management skills with good foundation in training and counseling.
