Development Officer (Full Time / Part-time) (Ref：FT/PTDEVO-HO-DEV)

• Conduct comprehensive research on social innovation trends and best practices.
• Identify and analyze potential opportunities for new project development, including feasibility studies and stakeholder engagement.
• Design, planning, and implement new pilot projects aligned with organizational goals and community needs.
• Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines for startup initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project launch and execution.
• Prepare and submit funding applications to relevant bodies and organizations.
• Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, providing recommendations for scaling and improvement.
• Assist in securing funding and partnerships for new initiatives.
• Conduct social research and impact evaluation, and present findings with supporting evidence.
• Stay updated with industry developments and contribute to strategic planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience is preferred, especially in project development, research, and social innovation.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting funding proposals.
• Proven track record in initiating and managing new / pilot projects, including pilot design, stakeholder coordination, and outcome evaluation.
• Proven experience in social research and impact evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
