Responsibilities:Manage accounting operation including full set of accounts in HK, financial reporting & forecasting, AR/AP, month end closing, cash flow projection, budgeting and consolidationPreparation of monthly management and cash flow reportsDevelop and implement improvement on accounting and financial policies and operational processesIntercompany account balances reconciliation with group entities.Support the team on external auditors, tax filing and preparation of supporting schedulesWork closely with regional account teams on financial reporting and operational processes and liaise with external auditors, tax, and financial advisors for accounts, operation and planningWork with partners for business and M&A opportunities, and maintain key client accountsParticipate in new product and partnership and other ad hoc projectsRequirements:Degree holder or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplinesQualified member of HKICPA with at least 5 years of relevant account management experienceFamiliar with Hong Kong accounting standards, taxation and other related compliance regulationsExperience in fintech or IT industry an advantageHigh Integrity and strong business acumen.
