- Digital Marketing Management: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging and original content that embodies the hostel’s youthful and creative ethos.
- Event Promotion: Organize, promote, and support events, workshops, and community activities to enhance guest engagement and participation.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and tourism partners to expand outreach and strengthen partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
- Demonstrated experience in social media management, content creation, and event promotion
- Excellent communication, creative writing, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
- Familiarity with Hong Kong’s youth culture and travel trends (an advantage)
