- Collaborate with the team lead to formulate and implement effective marketing strategies and tactics, from concept development to execution.
- Organize and manage marketing events, decorations, branding initiatives, communications, and creative materials in line with brand positioning.
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Identify and pursue potential partnerships with brands for collaborative promotions to increase foot traffic and sales.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, tenants, and agencies to effectively promote the shopping malls.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in shopping mall promotions, property development, or retail marketing.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and event planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to the growth of the brand.
