Monitor and control the Accounts Receivable process by following up delinquent accounts, monitoring irregularities, and enforcing payments by taking recovery actions
Receive Rooms & F&B deposits from Sales, Events Management and F&B outlets on a daily basis
Supervise billings and payment status; prepare monthly account receivable reports
Handle tenants' inquiries and complaints
Lead the team to support the month-end process in timely manner
Support other ad-hoc business assignments as required
We are looking for someone who has:
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related disciplines
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Hotel Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with knowledge of accounting software
Independent, self-driven and detail-oriented individual
Good command of spoken and written English
