Senior CRM & Promotion Marketing Manager (E-commerce, Beauty background)

• Developing, implementing, and overseeing promotion strategy.
• Increasing the lifetime value of our expanding customer base.
• Creating a data-driven strategy to drive repeat customer growth.
• Managing company's CRM system and implementing a high-performing CRM strategy.
• Personalizing promotions and communication to enhance customer experience.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring repeat customer performance to identify improvement opportunities.
• Managing agencies, partnerships, and budgets to contribute to the growth of our top-line revenue.
• Collaborating with other teams to manage the CRM system, ceating engaging campaigns to expand our loyal customer base.
• Aalyzing and monitoring our customer base to develop compelling strategies, Automating personalized communication.
• Managing, measuring, and enhancing our loyalty program.

• 8+ years of experience in CRM marketing or customer lifecycle marketing At least 4 years of experience in a managerial role is required.
• Experiene in Online platform, eCommerce Retail, beauty, fashion is a plus
• Manage at least 6-8 staff is a must
• Hands on knowledge and experience in CRM/ Promotion/Loyalty Programe.
• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels while delivering results and value.
• Expertise in retail and B2C marketing is essential and working with marketing automation tools.
• Experience in promoting products in overseas markets AUS, EU, UK,US is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
