Region Cover: Hong Kong and Southern China#Positions: Talent Acquisition Specialist, who is the In-house Recruiter under our RPO project. Renewable contract with a stable working environment.What you'll be doingPartnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirementsDeveloping and implementing effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidatesConducting targeted outreach, screening, and interviewing of potential candidatesCoordinating the interview and selection process, including scheduling, feedback, and offer managementMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking systemProviding regular reports and updates on the recruitment process and performanceContinuously improving the recruitment process and implementing best practicesWhat we're looking forA minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role, preferably in an RPO or agency environmentStrong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniquesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsProficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related softwareFamiliarity with the Hong Kong job market and talent landscapeWhat we offer
