Our client, a well-established IT consulting firm, is seeking a Project Manager to drive multiple concurrent banking projects and deliver real value across their portfolio .Your New Role:

Spearhead the execution of diverse projects valued between HKD 5M-8M, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to refine requirements and align expectations.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, taking full ownership of timelines, deliverables, and execution.
Lead regular project meetings, monitor progress using RAG status indicators, and proactively address risks and issues.
Organize and maintain all project documentation in a structured, accessible format-no more digging through emails!
Host monthly governance sessions to update stakeholders, escalate concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
Oversee project budgets, vendor contracts, invoice workflows, and financial approvals.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience managing complex IT or business transformation projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Detail-oriented with a knack for structured planning and documentation.
Financial acumen to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
