Section Head, Treasury Operation

• Lead a team to provide comprehensive support and internal control functions for the Global Markets Department.
• Formulate and review departmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory rules and guidelines, thereby improving business operations and daily efficiency.
• Develop and maintain adequate infrastructure to support the operational and risk management needs of the department.
• Act as a core coordinator in all business projects; assist in preparing business plans and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Possess a degree or higher in Finance, Business, or equivalent qualifications at HKQF Level.
• Have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Treasury operations or Treasury audit, with a solid understanding of banking industry practices and financial products/models.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office and have knowledge of treasury-related systems like Summit.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
