- Handle full set accounts for the Company and its subsidiaries;
- Perform daily accounting functions, such as issuing cheques, invoices, and data entry;
- Provide daily administrative support to the company when needed;
- Book-keeping and accounts knowledge required;
- Provide administrative support for the company and ad-hoc assignments
- Degree in Accounting or related discipline with 3-5 years of accounting experience in real estate industry will be considered first;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Able to communicate with people at all levels;
- Team player, organized, and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking skills; and
