- Provide first-line support for IT systems, applications, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and network systems.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
- Train and support end-users in the effective use of software applications and systems.
- Respond to user inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical problems.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in system support or technical support.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of VMware is a must.
