End-to-End Product Management:Identify user needs and market opportunities (including domestic and international competitor analysis, data analysis and review), and deliver feasibility reports and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs). Develop product road maps, coordinate R&D, testing, and other teams to advance end-to-end product implementation from design to launch and iteration, and ensure delivery quality and schedule.2.In-Depth Specialized Business Alignment:Take primary responsibility for technical integration with wholesale traffic clients, overseas MVNO projects and 1 card multi number projects. Follow up on the entire project life cycle, resolve integration challenges, and support overseas business expansion and Business-end cooperation implementation.3.Supporting Platform Development & Maintenance:Collaborate with backend teams to clarify the underlying requirements of mobile products. Advance the development, maintenance, and functional optimization of supporting platforms (including data storage, interface support, and monitoring systems) to ensure the stable operation and smooth user experience of mobile products.4.Escalated User Complaint Handling:Take charge of escalated user complaints and feedback on critical issues during product usage, conduct in-depth analysis of root causes (e.g., functional defects, process bottlenecks, experience loopholes). Coordinate R&D, customer service, and other teams to develop and implement solutions.5.Cross-team Value Collaboration:Liaise with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to systematically synchronize product updates and core capabilities; take charge of dynamic maintenance and updates of product documentation; and conduct customized training.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above in relevant majors such as Computer Science, Communication Engineering.2. At least 3 years of experience in full life cycle management of mobile products (e.g., communication & networking products, platform-type products), with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Business-end products (e.g., enterprise services, wholesale traffic, telecom operator cooperation) or overseas business (including cross-border products, MVNO projects).3. Knowledge of overseas compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, local telecom regulations) or experience in cross-cultural team collaboration.4. Strong business acumen; able to propose product innovation directions (e.g., mobile value-added services, cross-border traffic solutions) based on market trends.5. Fluent in reading and writing Chinese and English; able to independently read overseas business documents and communicate with overseas clients/teams.6. Possess excellent logical expression and problem-solving skills; able to proactively address project bottlenecks and have a strong result-oriented mindset.
