- Responsible for the vision, strategy, execution and performance of the E-Commerce business
- Formulate media plans and optimize online channels to drive ROI of e-store including banner ad network, SEM, SEO, apps and social media platforms
- Review online media performance on regular basis, share insight and recommendations to the team to optimize returns
- Craft CRM strategy and optimize loyalty programs. Utilize digital and social media platforms to maximize interactions with customers on excellence shopping experience and services
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Bachelor degree in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing or related disciplines
- Min. 8 years of experience in digital and e-commerce role in retail or consumer goods industry or at a sizable digital agency
- Good understanding and experience in content management and social media marketing preferred
- Proficient in both English & Chinese
