- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and strategic business development initiatives
- Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and delivering customized solutions
- Lead negotiations and successfully close sales contracts with both new and existing clients
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and performance reports
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize sales performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
