Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and strategic business development initiatives
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients by understanding their business needs and delivering customized solutions
  • Lead negotiations and successfully close sales contracts with both new and existing clients
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to uncover emerging opportunities and inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and performance reports
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team success
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for building and maintaining long-term client relationships
  • Proficient in CRM systems and data analysis tools to monitor and optimize sales performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
