- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and vision.
- Partner with the CIO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
- Serve as the thought leader for digital innovation, keeping the organization informed of emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities.
- Lead the implementation of a Digital Workspace Strategy to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
- Drive the adoption of modern workplace tools (e.g., cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and automation technologies) to create a seamless and efficient work environment.
- Ensure that employees are equipped with the right digital skills through training and enablement programs.
- Reimagine and optimize internal business processes by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge technologies.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement streamlined workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all digital initiatives.
- Foster a Digital-First Culture by promoting innovation, agility, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Act as a change agent to drive cultural transformation, ensuring that employees embrace digital tools and processes.
- Communicate the vision and benefits of digital transformation to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to drive change management and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and technology teams to bridge gaps and drive collaboration.
- Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
- Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, RPA, data analytics, and modern workplace tools.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
