Our loan disbursement has already crossed $3 billion, helping over 18,000 e-Commerce SMEs to grow since inception.About the Role:We are seeking an innovative and visionary Head of Digital Transformation to lead our organization’s internal digital initiatives. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide digital transformation, reimagining our internal processes, and fostering a digital-first culture. As the Head of Digital Transformation, you will spearhead the adoption of modern digital tools, re-engineer business processes, and design strategies to align technology with business objectives. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the future of our workplace and ensuring our organization remains agile, efficient, and competitive in the rapidly evolving FinTech landscape.What you need to do:Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Transformation Strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and vision.
  • Partner with the CIO, executive leadership, and key stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
  • Serve as the thought leader for digital innovation, keeping the organization informed of emerging technologies, trends, and opportunities.
Digital Workspace Adaptation
  • Lead the implementation of a Digital Workspace Strategy to enhance employee productivity, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Drive the adoption of modern workplace tools (e.g., cloud platforms, collaboration tools, and automation technologies) to create a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure that employees are equipped with the right digital skills through training and enablement programs.
Business Process Re-Engineering
  • Reimagine and optimize internal business processes by leveraging automation, artificial intelligence, and other cutting-edge technologies.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement streamlined workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Digital Transformation Execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of digital initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure consistency, scalability, and security across all digital initiatives.
Culture Building
  • Foster a Digital-First Culture by promoting innovation, agility, and a mindset of continuous improvement.
  • Act as a change agent to drive cultural transformation, ensuring that employees embrace digital tools and processes.
  • Communicate the vision and benefits of digital transformation to employees at all levels of the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to drive change management and ensure successful adoption of digital solutions.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the business and technology teams to bridge gaps and drive collaboration.
Risk Management and Compliance
  • Ensure that all digital initiatives comply with regulatory requirements, data privacy standards, and security best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation projects.
RequirementsEducation and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT leadership, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry
Technical and Business Acumen
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, RPA, data analytics, and modern workplace tools.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.
Leadership and Communication
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
